On Thursday, June 3, in the Working Group for the programming period 2021-2027, the final version of the Interreg IPA III Romania-Serbia Programme was approved, and it will be sent to the European Commission after the publication of the applicable European Regulations.
During the meeting, which took place online, aspects related to the programming process and the simplified costs methodologies for project preparation and closure were discussed.
With a total budget of 85,586,031 Euro, out of which 72,748,124 Euro EU funds, the Interreg IPA III Romania-Serbia Programme will finance projects in the fields of environmental protection and climate change adaptation, health and education, tourism and culture and border management.
In order to ensure a transparent framework of institutional collaboration, the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration (MDPWA) organized consultations with key actors, during the meetings organized in the Programme area.
Also, all documents of public interest regarding the next Programme are published on the website www.romania-serbia.net, the interested institutions being invited to formulate proposals or comments.
