TASKS OF THE JOINT TECHNICAL SECRETARIAT (JTS)


The JTS is responsible for the day-to-day implementation administration of the programme according to the provisions of the implementing agreement concluded between the Mmanaging Authority and Regional Office for Crossborder Cooperation in Timişoara and according to the provisions of national and EU legislation.

Also the above-mentioned agreement shall lay down the the tasks of the Regional Office for Crossborder Cooperation in Timişoara. The JTS and the Regional Office for Crossborder Cooperation ensures and is are responsible for fulfilling all the tasks delegated by the managing authority for the implementation of the programme.
