Campaign of promoting the first call for proposals of the Romania-Serbia IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme

Period of campaign: 30 April 2009 - 29 July 2009

In the campaign to promote the first call for proposals, the Joint Tecnical Secretariat of the RO CBC Timisoara aimed to increase the awarness of the general public and the potential aplicants on the Romania-Serbia IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme, so that the European funds available through this programme will have an absorbtion rate as high as possible.

From 30 April 2009 to 29 July 2009, JTS held technical meetings with potential aplicants, in order to promote the Romania-Serbia IPA CBC Programme, ensuring media coverage of these evens with the local media in Timis, Caras-Severin and Mehedinti counties. Press releases and announcements have been promoted to local mass-media and press conferences and an advertising campaign were organiyed in the eligible area of the programme in ROmania and Serbia.
